JavaScript Email Automation

This project was created to modernize World Class Pest Solutions' online presence, ensuring it reflects their commitment to quality service while enhancing customer accessibility and engagement. The significance lies in transforming an outdated website into a visually appealing and highly functional platform, crucial for attracting and retaining clients in a competitive market. Challenges included balancing aesthetic improvements with functional upgrades and ensuring the site remained intuitive for users of all ages. We overcame these obstacles by conducting thorough user research, iterative design testing, and employing best practices in responsive design. The redesign process involved close collaboration with stakeholders to align the website’s look and feel with the brand’s values and goals. The updated site now offers streamlined navigation, faster load times, and a more engaging user interface. Visual elements, such as high-quality images and informative videos, were incorporated to showcase services effectively. This successful transformation underscores my capability to deliver impactful UI/UX solutions that drive business growth.

This project automates email notifications for verified insurance benefits using Google Sheets and Apps Script. By editing a checkbox, emails are dynamically generated and sent, saving time and ensuring accuracy. The template includes essential details like copay amounts, deductible responsibilities, and coinsurance percentages, along with a disclaimer to manage expectations. This function enhances efficiency and ensures clarity in patient communication.
